  1. 6 tbsp peanut butter
  2. 4 tbsp honey
  3. 3 tbsp coconut oil (softened)
  4. 2 tbsp cocao or cocoa
  5. Pinch of salt
  6. 1/2 cup cashews
  1. Place all ingredients apart from cashews in a bowl
  2. Mix well until combined
  3. Place cashews in a tea towel and crush with a rolling pin
  4. Stir cashews into the mixture
  5. Line a shallow tray with baking paper and pour mixture in.
  6. Refrigerate until set (best left for a few hours)
  1. Enjoy!
